1) How can I confirm that my gift card order was successfully placed?
You will receive an email confirming the selected gift card, mailing address and expected date of delivery.
2) When will I receive my gift card? Can I track the delivery?
Your confirmation email will indicate the expected delivery date.

Physical gift cards are delivered by standard mail usually within 7 business days.
The digital cards will be delivered within 2 business days.

If you have not received your gift card by the scheduled date, please write to https://www.everythingcard.ca/customerservice or call EverythingCard toll-free 1 (855) 648-2273 (between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST).
3) What happens if I accidentally gave a wrong address?
Please write to https://www.everythingcard.ca/customerservice as soon as possible. We will cancel the delivered card and send a new one.
4) What if I want to send the card to another person?
The card will be sent with the name of the person and to the address you mention in the order.
5) Do I need to activate the gift card?
Your card is activated and ready to use. Enjoy it!
6) How do I redeem my e-card?
Most merchants accept electronic gift cards online and in-store. Depending on the dealer, you can either print out your electronic gift card and bring it to the store or show your gift card on a mobile device at checkout. Please read the instructions included with the card, as they vary by merchant.
7) Does my gift card expire, or does it have any fees or restrictions?
Your gift card is like cash. It has no expiry date, no fees, no restrictions. Keep it safe.
8) How do I view the balance of my gift card?
At the back of the card, there is a toll-free number or a website where you can check your balance.
9) What if there is a problem with the card I received?
